Very well done.
The Discovery Channel had an animated series on dinosaurs I ran across a couple of times a few months ago. The info regarding dinosaurs was fascinating, but the animation was incredible. They didn't seem to skimp on movement, there was absolutely no stick figure quality about it.
And computers - I remember being in a CompUSA store 15 or 16 years ago and watching a display monitor show Winnie-the-Pooh flying a kite. The string was diagonal, and it moved up and down smoothly, without breaking into segments.
I thought that was amazing. And it was.
Great post. Thanks.
