re: U.N. report to support nuclear power
Now, I suppose the report will call for the West to build free nuclear plants for everyone else, but that's another story.
I've long thought that the UN should be responsible for the construction and maintenance of all nuclear plants. The hosting nation wouldn't have to worry about acquiring, processing or transporting fuel or waste, the UN could take care of it all--logistics AND finance.
A "pie in the sky" dream? Yeah, probably.
