No Knock
Police, even with a no-knock warrant (issued when there's an appropriate expectation of destruction of evidence), are expected to identify themselves immediately and obviously, with highly visible uniform markings, turning on lights, and loud announcements of "Police!"
The officers are being charged. They probably didn't follow their own procedures.
