I would think also by seeing and hearing the crazy resolutions coming out of Washington, even the troops wonder why they're there as the country descends into civil war and they know they're not wanted anymore.

BUT....the Iraqi congress is going on vacation for TWO months this summer while Bush fiddles and our soldiers crash and burn.
