Syria and Iran want a stable Iraq.
No country in the world wants its neighbour to be waging civil war. How can they make business with it? How can you be sure chaos won't transfer to their countries?
It's the US that's responsible for chaos in Iraq.
BTW, Syria is a Sunni secular state, Iran a Persian Shia Islamic repubic and you put them together.
