Anyhow, even if he was willing, I think he would have a funding problem:)

Afghanistan is going to take a long time before gets the point of being anywhere near as stable as say France or Washington DC. Though considering the problems over in Pakistan, it could get to the point fairly soon where it's an island of stability in the region.
