Jerry Falwell has politicized religion, encouraged sectarian policy-making on scientific issues, and bullied people who never hurt him through the actions of his so-called Moral Majority.
Pat Robertson is no better. He will probably die before I do, and I will not shed a tear. I may even get out the best bourbon and have a shot, like last night.
If by "all", you mean all the jerks like these two, then yeah, I will. But you know, just as the Catholic Church will never run out of old men, American politics will never run out of religious demagogues. So I'm not holding my breath.
If by "all" you mean evangelicals who go to church, vote their consciences and otherwise leave people alone who want to be left alone, then no. I get no satisfaction out of religious persecution. That's why I'm pleased that one of its instruments is dead.
