Pretty descriptive.
Can't really argue with you.

Except to say that first diagnosis was appendicitis, and they TRIED to remove it, but left before it could be removed. The second attack was thought to be cancer and was attempted to be removed with a sloppy pair of scissors and a shortage of staff, and they left the patient bleeding and there were flies around.

The main surgeon went on holidays and we found out he wasn't properly licensed to operate after all.
