A thought exercise for you Tom.
Would it be possible to design and build a SSTO fully reusable craft that's capable of transporting 6-8 people or 2000 lbs of cargo to a 27 degree orbit of 600 Km for $200 million? It must also have a rapid turn around time and be easy to maintain.
