a group of stars were expanding from a common center, would they be moving faster (relative to us) than the general expansion of the universe?

Could some common red shift be a signature?
The common center not being the Sun, some stars would come closer, others would get away faster as all the stars orbit the galaxy and therefore orbit it at different speeds and distances.
