Marie Seurat, widow of Michel Seurat
When France was waiting for the realease of hostages in Lebanon in 1985, Michel Seurat died in captivity and his widow ,a christian Syrian, Marie, was later interviewed and I remember she said her father had been assassinated by the Kurds, years before. That was unrelated to her husband's fate but it explained what goes on in the Middle East.
