If official policy becomes "surgical strikes," the Left will simply raise the bar and the issue will be civilian casualties. And there WILL be civilian casualties, since our targets routinely wrap themselves in civilians.
This has never been about Iraq for them.
Kosovo is, of course, a huge success. You would never see a story in the media implying otherwise.
