We need schools for politicians
Only they wouldn't BE politicians. Put in school from the earliest age and teach them to be leaders, to ADMINISTRATE and then set up a government of people who get paid to PERFORM. Lobbyists would be shot on sight. (That is NOT a serious statement, just a take on Heinlein.) Shrink the government back to where it SHOULD be!
