I don't know, Raoul... The Space Coast/Cape Canaveral is pretty big and it's not only the home of NASA's KSC, but a host of people that work there. A good friend of mine lived in Cocoa, FL. Anyways, if Arianespace can work there, I'm sure NASA could too, but what an endeavour that would be to move the infracstructure that is KSC and still do space science. Maybe all of the space agencies can truly work together someday, maybe even from one place.
