That's actually a good idea. We can outsource the nation's Departments of Motor Vehicles, Internal Revenue Service and Postal Employees. We can focus the wealth into the hands of the super rich.

I've also changed my mind about illegal immigration from Mexico.

Ethics? Schmethics!
