The sad part...
By the time you ship said worker from India and train them, and pay these "lawyers" their consulting fees, you haven't saved a dime.
(And you lost your soul).
May every HR hack that buys into such a program find his/her own children to be unemployable.
In my opinion, the best way to save an organization money is to fire the Human Resources department.
