NE Metro NYC Area
Wife has roots in area and we regular go between DC/NYC on AMTRAK to see in-laws or if the price of gas is cheep or taking the kiddies, we drive. Can't get a good piece of PIZZA south of Philly and the stuff that they try to pass off for 'za in Virginia is well, CRAP. Must be the water or the dough or the technique, for all the pizzas we ate that were prepared in brick ovensjust had that flavor and zest to them, not flat and carboardy. Toomuch junk put on the pie also takes away from the experience, but have developed a taste for the white cheese pie lately.
