Good grief Lindy!

You think Congress can do anything about the various clandestine mercenaries employed by the CIA, NSA, FBI, State Department and half a dozen other agencies of the US Government?

Unless they cut off ALL funding to these agencies, mercenaries will still be bought and paid for.

Grandstanding and mock outrage are a politicians tools for selfploitation. The fact that the US uses mercenaries is not a problem. What may be a problem is that we use too few to achieve our goals.

And the good ol' SDAI-TECH ONE is returning from a free fuel up in Iraq to my winter home in the Dutch Antilles with enough petrol to keep my Hummer's tanks fueled long after petrol hits 4.90 for 92 octane super unleaded.

The rest I will sell locally to independents, in intervals to keep prices from exceeding 5.00 a gallon.
