In your big defense of the Clinton impeachment one of your comments was of course how Clinton made a "premeditated effort to defraud the justice system." Of course you didn't even know what he did exactly to warrant the obstruction of justice charge, since it wasn't detailed in the articles of impeachment. As I had to point out to you, the OoJ charge was based on the fact Clinton attempted to invoke Executive Privilege to not go before a grand jury. This was a LEGAL avenue but of course the foaming at the mouth republicans were looking for anything to pin on Clinton since they had nothing of substance.
Well here you go:
Bush invokes executive privilege over firings.
Now let's hear your double standard. Most likely you will not even address the specific point and talk about some other unrelated reason Clinton was such a slimeball.
Keep in mind this wasn't about details of anyone's sex life. This was about high level attorneys being fired for either investigating republicans or absolving democrats. Absolute slimeball use of our justice system for pure partisan poltical reasons.
And yes I don't think Bush invoking ep is obstruction of justice, because I am not two faced like... well, you figure it out. This does make it painfully obvious that Bush and Co are trying to hide something. It takes about a 6th grade eduction to figure out what that is.
Hey Tom, is it obstruction of justice?
