The idle rich
A lot of those bull runners are young rich punks with too much money
and time on their hands. Add a little testosterone and ego and you
have some lovely targets for horns with 2 tons of prime beef attached
to them.
Maybe every community should run a bunch of bulls through its streets
every few years, to clear out the deadwood.
