1 C. of come-uppence
1 tbsp. embarrassment
2 tsp. of blaming yourself
3 tsps. of sucking up
1 foot in the mouth
2 tsp. "oops"
dash of over-reaction
skoash of mortification

Beat it to death or until you are red in the face
Bake or stew about it at 98.6 degrees
Serve with *sheepish grin*
Top with an *I am sorry*

Optional:

Serve 2 days later ...*chilled*
