Can't tell how the strategy is going to work. Jury is still out. Not enough data. And there won't be in September, either. Not the 15th, not the 30th. Not in October, either. Not until after Halloween. Pretty much on the way to Thanksgiving, as a matter of fact.

November.

Same old story. Bush, I believe, said the start of summer. Then September 15th. Fer sure September 15th. And now, November.

For the "new" strategy, which seems to be the same old strategy.

"If it doesn't work, if it hasn't worked, if it doesn't have a chance of working, try it harder."

At least until November, then reassess, see if they'll go for Spring, 2008, to coincide with an attack on Iran. THEN try to withdraw. It would be a mess, wouldn't it? Couldn't withdraw then!
