Honestly I do, but if no great Al Queda busting has gone on by then, and the country is rid of the more organized of that lot, then withdrawal plans MUST be made before Christmas, to give the world back it's breath.

I mean we have spawned generations of them, sextupled them times ten, so it's impossible to ever irradicate them. However, many will have lesser means and will be happy with tribal warfare back at home.
We should have enough democracy loving Iraqis in place by then to snitch on their neighbours, so we can bomb them with our drones.
