"Assholes" was but I stand by it. :-)

I think there's far more evidence they both IGNORED good advice far more than listened to bad advice. That's where the arrogance comes in. Refusing to change course for 4 YEARS simply because they didn't want to admit they made a mistake in judgement regarding troop levels. THAT is arrogance.
