I honestly feel that anything posted on Current Events should be a Current Event. Anything else should be Off-Topic. I know not everyone follows that, but I try to.

I really didn’t care that James Brown’s post was on CE. But is got moved and Robert asked about it. I was just pointing out that is really not a Current Event, at least not the way it was presented.

That’s it. Nothing else. If he had linked to a Current Event, I would have said Frank was wrong. I have also said I think he was wrong moving it to Flame.

Every post I have ever started on CE is about a news story. All others I start on Off-Topic. Once a thread gets going, then opinions jump in, but the initial CE post is actually a current event.

I can’t speak for everyone, but that is how I try to post.
