Zoo dispaying "Africans".
A misguided use of zoo guides?
I guess the days when Zoos put Blacks on display were before my time but I find it hard to see the harm involving Maasai educators as part of an African savanna display. The Maasai are the "superstars" of many NG specials. In fact, I'd like to take a trip to the zoo just to meet them. Does that make me a racist?
Camp said the zoo is "blurring a dangerous line."
Maybe the act of defining a blurred line is the problem.
