Do you know who's fault it is?
Most people who are in trouble are those who either were trying to game the system somehow, or bought way above their income level.
It could be that way in may parts of the country but here (San Diego) only about 20% of the population that needed a home could qualify for a 'reasonable' loan. Is that there fault? the fault of the home owners, like me, that saw there home value go up 20 times? The banks? All of the above?
I have no idea.
