I am not an over-reactionary by any stretch of the imagination.
Actually, the more chaos that ensues, the more I hold on to solid ground. I know what is within my power and what is not.
To even entertain the fact I REALLY know what goes on behind the scenes of the seedy underbelly of the world is arrogant and ludicris. I live in Suburbia, USA, for cryin' out loud. WTF do I know?...and do I want to know...EVERYTHING.....???
I believe Blackwater levels the playing field. We must not bring knives to a gun fight.
When our boys eventually come home, we will need Blackwater. To assume that life will carry on threat free is unrealistic.
I do not live in fear, but I do believe that this country deserves a fighting chance. I personally would rather err on the side of caution.
