I think I'd go to see it
And photograph it and walk around it carefully. I don't know about "through" it though, that would be a challenge for me as I hate all spiders big and small.
Sounds like an adventure this weekend to me.
Emtpy your shoes out real good when you get home, shake out your clothes and get in the shower.
