...and Riordan trains hauled away the garbage, thus freeing up an entire extra half hour each day to devote to Dagny's gang-raping by her big strong men. A Gulch of Eden for sure.

Who filled and emptied the dumpsters? Silly question, the sheer brilliance of capitalism alone made it happen. That's like asking who makes things? Factories, silly, factories built by brilliant capitalists!
