I think I've mentioned before the famous video of Bin Ladin firing an AK-47 left-handed. OBL is an experienced fighter, he would be trained to fire a weapon right-handed, even if he was naturally left-handed (to avoid getting hot brass in his eyes! Besides, as a Muslim, I don't think they would wield a weapon left handed. That's the hand you use...well, never mind. I've always wondered if that video wasn't deliberately mirrored for PsyOps purposes.

As for the beard issue, I've heard speculation he is no longer in Pakistan, and that he has traveled somewhere clean shaven as part of a disguise, so he has to wear a fake beard when he's "playing himself".

It kind of reminds of the old Stoned Ranger and Pronto comedy routine.

Stoned Ranger: I need a disguise to ride into town , Pronto.

Pronto: What you mean, Keemo-savvy?

SR: Everyone recognizres my mask, so I'll just take it off. See! They'll never guess its me.

P: Mmmmmm, Keeo-savvy. You look like negative racoon.
