You might note that Hillary is avoiding the gun issue almost entirely, despite pleas from forum entries on her own website to address it.
Other Democratic candidates in recent elections have been badly bloodied whenever they try to pull the gun grab, and mostly just stay away from it now.
Look for the issue in the 2006 election, particularly the "blue dog" winners in conservative areas. Find it anywhere?
