Not sure where else to ask this. My remote quit functioning tonight. I bought 2 new batteries and installed. It still doesn't work. I have a "lock" opener on the side of the garage door. I insert the key, turn and the garage door opens. That works. Also, the opener inside the garage works. Only the remote is dead. I'm not sure what I do. Buy a new remote? I know nothing about programming them or how to make it work with my garage door. I would appreciate knowing what I need to do. Do I need a service call? I am NOT techie minded and have difficulty manipulating things because of arthritis.
