The book US Spacesuits by Ken Thomas and Joe McMann talks about the AMES work by the Vykukals and Webbon, but two papers from AIAA cover the glove work from Phase 1 thru 4. The second and best for data and written details is Phase 2, 3 and 4 8 psi pressure glove. Both are again AIAA papers from 1973.
The biggest problem with any of this is the glove and going from 4 psi to 4.3 psi in the middle of early EMU design cause some problems with glove design for the STS. When it came to a need for the EVAs at ISS, what was called the "EVA wall" at one time, they created the Phase 6 glove which is very good, but still leave astronauts with fatigued hands at the end of an EVA.
The suits they show in the images and have used to design the interiors of the new Lunar Module with is the Mark III AKA H-Suit. Which was zero per breath orignially but now run at a much lower pressure and I believe uses Phase 6 gloves to field test the various ideas for Constellation Lunar EVAs.
Well, if you again looked at the PDF you directed me to the new Lunar EVA wall is hundreds of times larger than the ISS wall was. Look at pages 55 thru 60 (I think) for the details of this new EVA task and here is the URL again for those interested:

I have reservations about having money spent on a NASA lead return to the Moon and reinventing Apollo seems a huge waste of time, but this is what they are doing. As you have said before probably others will reach the Moon before NASA. In the long run Space Tourism could easily be extended to the Moon and there are some resources that might be useful there. If these resources are really viable some businesses will go mine them without government funding.
