Black-and-white thinking again. Israel has to either brutalize the Palestinians or give up. Either have to engage in ethnic cleansing, with American help, or be done in.
Read histories of the area. At one time I would have agreed completely with you, until a little research painted a different picture. Sure, the Israelis need to be secure. And they are. They have nukes.
But the Palestinians - the Israelis are slaughtering them as fast as they can and get away with it, and then a little faster. Completely brutalizing them in state-sponsored terrorism, uniformed and American supplied arms used indiscriminately, and the fighting back is considered inexcusable "terrorism".
What would you do if your community were faced with extermination from a determined exterminator. Google "Moshe Dayan" Palestinians, dogs.
