The CIA has acknowledged some of what it does.
And that is bad enough. One can only imagine what else they do.
Waterboarding, sleep deprivation through painfully loud noises and other means, enduring cold, food deprivation, and some of these all at the same time or in close succession.
One has to torture the English language to arrive at some definition of what they acknowledge doing, let alone what they don't. And what they hire other governments to do.
And this isn't "ticking bomb" stuff. They try to use these confessions the way Stalin did, in so-called "trials".
