Where were the rocket experts? There were people running for cover! I'm afraid it had all the earmarks of a bad internet joke "Rockets for Rednecks".

Whenever I see such gross negligence, regardless of the effort employed, I can't be supportive of the effort. They're darn lucky nobody was killed or injured.
