re: Robert Bussard dies

I was in contact with Dr. Bussard as recently as mid-July. No indication that he had just 3 months to live. There was some suggestion here and there that he had some health problems, but at his age that could mean anything. No idea it was terminal. Could've said so. He didn't publish his work. But he did manage to pass the torch, so someday we'll find out if Polywell is a breakthrough. I hope they keep the website up.
