The "winner" will write the blame, but if you look at who has the means and motive in Pakistan it's the dictator and his supporters. Unless there is an authenticated tape from bin Laden I probably won't believe the CIA, Bush, or Musharref.

But it's a nice move to go out early and often blaming the Taliban and al-Qaeda. It worked with Iraq - most folks believed the President and Vice President that somehow Saddam was responsible for WTC.

You guys need some credibility. That might come with truth over time. Start any time. (The sooner the better.)
