To test your theory you have to get the Asian test subjects away from their parents.

In fact, to have them raised by - for example - caucasian parents. Then compare their test scores to children of other races raised by caucasian parents, and getting similar educations. Some studies like this have been done. The differences detected are usually within the margin of error for the methodology.
