Bush's spending record.

In a word, it sucks, and you would find few conservatives or libertarians who would say otherwise.

His recent apparent conversion to putting some fiscal brakes on is way too little, and way too late.

We could discuss entitlements as budget busters--Johnson created Medicare after all--but even Bush fails on that account, having created a new entitlement himself.
