I think everybody should have that option.
I don't think however, that every public school should be cut out with the same cookie cutter....
And even more importantly than that, I don't think that the COMPLETE IDIOTS in Washington DC should be the ones who design an build the cookie cutters!!!
Schools and children in Chicago, IL are very different than schools and children in Sterling, IL... Yet the COMPLETE IDIOTS in Washington DC draw up rules , regulations, and programs that force them to be the same...
