Eccentricity pumping and chaos

Hi Larry

Mercury's eccentricity is pumped up by perturbations from Venus and Earth, then it can end up being boosted by fly-bys and ultimately slung out of the system. I'm just reporting what extrapolations of orbital chaos tell us.
