I think the gist of NAV's post is wondering where the line is between someone expressing a view and someone drilling it into your head.
If that skinhead had set up in the library lobby or outside the front door with a table, pamphlets, and a bullhorn, it would have been handled a bit differently.
It may not be the equivalent of yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, but I suspect he would be treated like someone who decided to play the bagpipes in a crowded theater.
I don't know exactly where that line is on this board, and it makes me uncomfortable to draw one in the first place, but without it there's a risk of decaying into a forum primarily for the loudest and most persistent.
