A couple of points
It is Flame, and that's what this board is for: Flames. RL may push it a little on the other boards but I haven't seen him cross the line (granted I only read a fraction of the posts on the zone).
You lower the level to a point which makes one wonder about their own participation. After all, by being part of the group we all lend credence to it, and each other, and validate that bullying.
The same could be said about anomalists. The zone was formed as a response to the lunatic fringe on the old (and defunct I might add) MSNBC space board. Seeing that kind of garbage here is painful to me, and to others I'm sure. The anomalists lower the level of discourse to a point I wonder at times about my own participation. They've now been give Offtopic for their nonsense. You complain about flames outside of the Flame board, well I complain about anomalists outside Offtopic. They constantly try to sneak in their crap on Space and CE. Why don't I hear you asking for them to be banned? They know the rules and keep breaking them.
