I did my turkey last year in the Convection Oven
Halved the time it took to cook! I did a great cornbread stuffing that I pulled off Food Network (Tyler Florence's recipe and it uses carmelized onion-num num). Ask Fox and Jody if it wasn't good! I also had a sweet potato casserole I could look up the recipe for if you want it.
