So, .....right. I get it and it's a brand new day for me too.

I like my turkey slow basted and stuffed. I fry up the liver and gizzards with butter, then chop them up. Add freshly sliced onions, fresh celery, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices then stuff the turkey and lace it up. I occasionally drain some of the juices while it's cooking. Half is used for my home made gravy, the other half as stock for the obligatory turkey soup which follows later in the week.

Candied yams? Oh yeah, very simple. I once served them to Jack Nicholson at my dinner table and he said they were the best he'd ever had. They were simply canned yams slow smmered in brown suger and maple syrup.

As for politics, well everyone's playing nice but that hasn't solved the problem. Tom's still tweeking ER. That's a given. And well, you know. People were making fun of me yesterday and as always, everyone played a little touch tag. I hope no egos were wounded or that anyone was driven to drink. I am perfectly fine with it all.
If it hurts banging your head against a wall, you can always stop doing it.

And anyone else can eat crow, but I'm going for the turkey.......;~)
