Where do you have a retirement plan that gives you NO choice?

I've never seen one, but I'm sure they must be out there. Make sure it's true for yours.

How much of your plan is in stock? How close to retirement are you?

Note: these things are none of my business, so I will not take it badly if you tell me so, but maybe I can help out.
