I guarantee you that if I wanted to take the time I could dismantle each one of these things one by one the same way. It's not worth it. As far as the new thing you came up with, these experiments have typically involved the release of about four pounds of barium at an altitude of over twenty miles.
I guarantee you that the website owner who highlighted that phrase in red phrase has no clue whatsoever what the phrase actually means, and I suspect he isn't all that clear on what barium is. But hey, if the demon word HAARP is in there, what else do you need?
