A secret demonstration of an unmanned aerial drone a couple of days ago north of Houston, attended only by local police (Traffic Divison) and Homeland Security officials, is just another bureaucratic intrusion into your private life. InSitu Corp. that is developing these aerial drones with a price tag of $30,00-$1,000,000 EACH is planning on bringing in revenue for many infractions of the law. Supposedly now just for ticketing, local police began by warning off the news media saying they were using FAA restricted airspace. Luckily the media checked, and there was no such thing, once again showing us how things are crammed down our throats. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if InSitu is owned privately and funded by HS....another pork barrel plan with special treatment from right wing lobbyists.
